Linda Miller

Linda Miller is a nationally recognized expert in fraud risk management with extensive experience across government and industry. She serves as President and Co-Founder of the Program Integrity Alliance (PIA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening integrity in government through data, evidence, and collaboration. Linda is also CEO of Audient Group, LLC, an anti-fraud services firm, and Co-Founder of Tracklight, an AI-enabled company focused on early fraud detection and prevention.

Previously, Linda was a Principal at Grant Thornton LLP, where she led the Fraud & Financial Crimes practice. She also served as Deputy Executive Director of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) and spent a decade at the Government Accountability Office (GAO), where she helped develop GAO’s Framework for Managing Fraud Risks in Federal Programs and advised Congress on the Fraud Reduction and Data Analytics Act. A frequent speaker and media commentator, Linda holds a master’s degree in public policy from The George Washington University.
