Joel Hinzman
Joel Hinzman is an experienced government affairs and public-policy executive with more than 30 years at the intersection of business, technology, and government. He most recently served as Vice President of Public Sector & Engagement at Oracle, where he led engagement with Congress, the Executive Branch, and regulatory agencies to advance technology and procurement priorities across federal, state, and international markets.
Joel previously held senior roles at Oracle overseeing legislative strategy, industry coalitions, and major federal contracts. Earlier in his career, he served as a political appointee at the U.S. General Services Administration and as a professional staff member in the U.S. House of Representatives. Recognized for his bipartisan approach and coalition-building expertise, Joel has advised leaders across sectors on national security, procurement, and regulatory policy. He is an active member of major business and technology associations, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Services Council.
